2. What Gritly is
Gritly is a fitness journal for logging workouts, rest days, exercises, notes, body weight, steps, nutrition and progress photos. It offers a calendar, streaks, statistics, iOS widgets and optional sharing of summaries with friends.
3. Purchase
Gritly is a paid app distributed through the Apple App Store for a one-time price (planned price CZK 290). There is no subscription. The price and offer shown in the App Store at the time of purchase apply. Payment is processed by Apple under its terms. Use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
4. Complaints and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights, including rights for defective performance, are not affected by these terms. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). You can also contact us about defects, questions and complaints at support@gritly.cz.
5. Account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for securing your device and sign-in account and for the content you enter. An account is for one person.
6. Your data and content
Entries and photos you add remain yours. You grant the operator only the permission necessary to store, sync and display them to you and, according to your settings, to friends. Progress photos are private. Do not upload content you have no rights to or unlawful content.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse social features, harass other users, circumvent security or disrupt the app. In case of serious violation we may restrict access to the account.
8. Availability and updates
Some features require an internet connection and cloud services. We continuously improve the app and features may change. We strive for reliable operation but cannot rule out outages or errors. Widgets show the most recently loaded data and their refresh depends on iOS.
9. Health notice
Gritly is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care. Statistics and exercise descriptions are informational and are not a diagnosis. Consider consulting a doctor before starting demanding exercise.
10. Liability
We are liable to the extent provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your consumer rights.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the app at any time. You can delete your account in Profile; this irreversibly removes your sign-in account and related data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting the account is not in itself a refund request.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to the protection granted by mandatory laws of your country of residence. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) handles out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
13. Changes
We may reasonably update these terms. We will inform you about material changes in the app. The current version is always available on this page.
